STM Bags, LLC and Standard Technical Merchandise Pty Ltd (collectively STM Brands or STM Goods), as applicable (collectively, "STM," "we," "us," or "our"), collect personal information from consumers when they visit or interact with our website and online store, make or consider a purchase, create or use an account, communicate with us, submit a form or review, subscribe to marketing communications, participate in promotions or discounts, or otherwise interact with STM.

STM does not necessarily collect every example of information listed within a statutory category from every consumer. The information collected depends on how you interact with us.
Sale Or Sharing Of Personal Information
STM is not in the business of selling personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of certain advertising, analytics, social-media, and marketing technologies may constitute "selling" or "sharing" under the CCPA because personal information may be disclosed to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or related purposes. STM may sell or share identifiers, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, approximate geolocation data, and inferences for purposes that include measuring and attributing advertising, creating or reaching advertising audiences, personalizing advertising, analyzing website and campaign performance, and cross-context behavioral advertising.
STM does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your Right To Opt Out
California consumers have the right to direct STM not to sell or share their personal information. To exercise this right, use the "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link provided on our website. STM also honors qualifying opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as required by California law.
